Paddle Steamer Waimarie

Take a scheduled cruise aboard the Paddle Steamer Waimarie, New Zealand's last paddle steamer established 1900.

The Waimarie offers leisurely cruises on the beautiful Whanganui River. On board you will find comfortable saloons, covered and open sun decks, refreshments and a licensed bar, commentary and working steam engines on view.

Winter Timetable 1 may to 24 October
Sailings at 1pm Saturdays, Sundays, Public Holidays and School Holidays

Summer Timetable 25 October to 30 April
Sailings Daily at 2pm
No Sailings Good Friday or Christmas Day

There are no sailings during August.

The vessel is also available for Charter, Dinner, Lunch and BBQ cruises by arrangement.
