A Strong Foundation

Since its establishment in 1899, the Nelson Suter Art Society has gifted a number of outstanding art works to The Suter Te Arotai o Whakatu collection. These include paintings by Charles F. Goldie, Rhona Haszard, Evelyn Page and Doris Lusk. This exhibition will showcase these and other donations alongside paintings by past and present Society members, including Toss Woollaston, Jane Evans and Irvine Major.
