Otaki-Māori Racing Club

The unique Otaki-Māori Racing Club, formed in 1886, is New Zealand's only remaining Māori racing Club. It holds eight race meetings a year, one of which is a Group 1 event, and operates from the beautiful Otaki Racecourse, located on the eastern side of State Highway 1 in historic Otaki.

Memberships are available, for just $40 per year, and sponsorship opportunities exist in various forms, at several meetings. Kia Kaha Clothing, a New Zealand owned casual and fashion clothing company are a welcome and recent addition to the racing club in the form of a 'partner'.

The racecourse is also available for exhibitions, functions and events, and enquiries are welcome.
