Chinese Treasures: From the Otago Settlers Museum and Dunedin Public Art Gallery
The Otago Settlers Museum and Dunedin Public Art Gallery house a wealth of cultural material, including art and artefacts with both local and international connections, reflecting the history and interests of the community of Dunedin.
Chinese Treasures features objects from these collections whose beauty and provenance defines them as a 'Chinese Treasure'. This exhibition has been planned to open in 2008, the year that Dunedin celebrates China.
