The Remarkables Ski Field

The Remarkables Ski Field opens for the winter season in June 2008.

The Remarkables are high in The Remarkables mountain range near Queenstown. With 220 skiable hectares of terrain spread across 700 hectares of reserve, The Remarkables is a great place to soak up winter sun with the whole family - any child under 10 gets a day pass for free! There is even a purpose-built Tubing Park for a bit of time out from the slopes.

The Remarkables are popular among snowboarders and freeskiers who love the terrain parks and the 150m FIS specification Parklife Superpipe. If backcountry is more your style, the Homeward Bound run is considered New Zealand’s best backcountry trail inside ski area boundaries.

All multiday lift passes can be used at The Remarkables, Coronet Peak, and Mt. Hutt. Please see the site for more information on pass prices.
