Mt Hutt Ski Field
Mt Hutt skifield will open for the winter season in June 2008.
Mt Hutt is situated high on the Southern Alps, only one hour's drive from Christchurch on State Highway 1. It boasts one of the longest ski seasons in the Southern Hemisphere, and has 365 skiable hectares of terrain. A big mountain with great terrain, Mt Hutt offers a fantastic winter experience for all levels of skiers and riders.
Known for its laidback and rural atmosphere, Mt Hutt is family and beginner friendly and features an award winning Snowsports School and a licensed Skiwiland Creche. Children six and under ski for free.
All multiday lift passes purchased at Mt Hutt are valid also at The Remarkables and Coronet Peak, in Queenstown.
