The Opera Factory - There’s a Diva in my Soup
Opera Factory presents 'There’s a Diva in my Soup', a series of winter lunchtime recitals with arias and excerpts from opera, operetta and musical theatre.
Enjoy a light lunch in Newmarket with live music (off Broadway) and still have time for retail therapy !
The recitals will feature selections opera classics like The Magic Flute, Carmen, Marriage of Figaro and Clemenza di Tito; Favourite show tunes from Gilbert & Sullivan’s The Mikado and Oklahoma plus other vocal favourites.
The programme will be directed by Carmel Carroll with singers from Opera Factory’s performance classes and pianist Jesse Martins.
Lunch is served at 12 noon and the recital is from 12.30pm to 1.30pm.
Opera Factory is situated at 7 Eden Street Newmarket, The theatre is heated and patrons can select from cabaret seating or theatre style.
