Rainbow Ski Field

Rainbow Skifield will open for the season in July 2008.

Rainbow Skifield is situated high in the Southern Alps near Nelson Lakes, with the nearest town being St Arnaud. There are skis and boards available for hire, and it is a great place to take the family, with 25% of the uncrowded field being accessible by beginners.

Rainbow has 300 skiable hectares of excellent natural snow and offers every type of terrain for beginner, intermediate, advanced and racer. The views are unmatched, withNelson Lakes National Park with its extensive beech forest and beautiful Lake Rotoiti being visible from the end of the T-Bar.

If you have a weekend full-price lift pass, you can get a Monday pass for half price. Ideal for mental health days!
