Oxfam Trailwalker
The Oxfam Trailwalker is a team challenge that gives you a chance to do something extraordinary for yourself and for others.
Walk 100kms in under 36hours, through some of central North Island’s most spectacular terrain, to raise funds to help overcome poverty and injustice.
Oxfam Trailwalker is not a race, it's all about teamwork - it is a great way for friends to bond or for work colleagues to develop team spirit. You need to start together, go through each checkpoint together, and finish together. You'll have to train and fundraise together beforehand.
Oxfam Trailwalker is challenging - but you don't need to be a marathon runner or a professional athlete to do it. Whether you're a team of engineers, over 40 mums, running buddies, university mates, with training and the right mental attitude, just about anyone can complete it.
Funds raised by Oxfam Trailwalker bring real change to real people.
