Jazz and blues in the vines - mainstream, modern, trad, latin, blues at 5 venues on Waiheke Island during Labour Weekend. 35 minutes by ferry from Auckland.

Jazz and Blues in the Vines is an exciting new Jazz festival on Waiheke island to celebrate the beginning of summer, is happening.

Styles of music will include mainstream and contemporary jazz, blues, Latin Jazz and a strolling Dixie band in Oneroa village.

Goldwater Estate - Kokomo Blues 11-3pm
Stoneyridge Vineyard - Grand Central Band 12-4pm
Historical Museum - Briar Ross quintet 12.30-4.30pm

Evening concerts at Artworks Theatre Oneroa Saturday and Sunday 6pm-8pm featuring a variety of artists from the daytime concerts.

Monday final concert featuring Briar Ross CD launch and Nairobi Trio
at Mudbrick Vineyard Church Bay 11-4pm (included in the 3 day prepaid pass)
