The HRV Cup is New Zealand's top men’s domestic Twenty20 competition. The six provincial associations play against each other home and away with the top two moving on to the final.
The HRV cup has attracted some top international players with Tillakaratne Dilshan playing for the Northern Knights, Owais Shah for the Wellington Firebirds and Dimitri Mascarenhas for the Otago Volts.
