Rebecca South and Jesse Stevens: Stone Arches
'Stone Arches' is a work of public sculpture installed over the summer 1997-98 and is made of local schist stone. Rebecca South and Jesse Stevens are the artists behind the sculpture, a site-specific response to the immediate environment.
'Stone Arches' consists of a tunnel that narrows as it moves from the end of the existing railway track towards the beginnings of the rail trail.
