British Council NZ

British Council is the UK's agency for international opportunities and exchanges. They are a registered charity.

In New Zealand the British Council works in the areas of arts, science and education to create project that allow New Zealanders to engage with the best of contemporary UK culture.

British Council events bring a range of guests from the UK to NZ to collaborate with New Zealanders, for example workshops, film screenings, gigs, exhibitions. The aim of the British Council is to create opportunities for mutual exchange and inter-cultural understanding.
