Auckland Festival
The Auckland Festival is Auckland's biennial festival and hosts an exceptional line-up of internationally acclaimed composers, choreographers, directors, dancers and artists alongside New Zealand's finest artists.
Incorporating work from New Zealand and Pacific regions, the festival supports world premieres of new works and brings international performing arts events to Auckland that have never been seen in Australasia.
Auckland Festival 2009 (5-22 March 2009) looks to build upon the successes of previous festivals, which have won critical acclaim, have generated a growing audience, and made a significant economic impact on the region.
