This is a connecting pedestrian accessway between Fanshawe Street and Viaduct Harbour Avenue.
It features a raised stone platform with 3M marker lights and the Denis O'Connor "Raupo wrap" sculpture.
Located immediately opposite the lighter basin to the west, it links the city to the Viaduct Harbour area.
