Aratoi - Wairarapa Museum of Art and History displays a wide range of local, national and international exhibitions in its award winning gallery.

Located in Masterton opposite the beautiful Queen Elizabeth Park Aratoi is also the home of the Rutherford collection, a nationally significant collection of contemporary New Zealand art.

Aratoi promotes art and history, supporting and representing local and national artists through exhibitions and events.

The gallery sits in the heart of the Wairarapa, a region that has a wonderfully rich and varied history, with many people engaged in a wide variety of the arts. Aratoi has great art and culture and fabulous coffee too!
