		<description>I agree.  I think participation and creation of the arts by all and for all is really important if we are to have a truly inclusive and diverse society.  It is wonderful to read inspiring stories such as Shelley, Gerald and John’s.</description>

I&#039;m an artist at Spark Studio and work as their Website Developer and Maintainer.  I&#039;ve been involved with Spark Studio for 7 years, and it&#039;s impacted on my life in so many ways. I feel my art makes a contribution to society - adds to the diversity and inclusivness that my community is working towards. Without art in our lives, and in the wider community, society crumbles. 

Spark Studio is a place that highly values their artists.</description>
